December Team Player Highlight
It is hard not to complain these days. This year has been tough on everyone. As an essential worker, truck drivers had to quickly adapt to varying mandates across states, navigate business closures and follow necessary safety precautions. However, the level of commitment, gratitude and positivity we have witnessed from our amazing team of drivers has remained strong.
This last month, Tim Echols experienced a difficult situation on the road that resulted in a two-day delay. Instead of reacting with frustration, he did not complain once and respectfully dealt with the situation until it was resolved. This driver knew that placing blame would not help anything nor get him home any sooner. In this instance, we are highlighting the driver for his positivity under tough circumstances and want to make sure it did not go unnoticed. Thank you Tim Echols for exemplifying what it means to be a true team player!
