March Team Player Highlight
Dependability is one of the primary characteristics we look for when hiring a new driver. We have to be able to count on the person as well as assure our customers that their freight is in the best possible hands. Those drivers are key to our success and we take note when they exceed expectations.
This month, a certain team did just that. Robert and Denise Cutshaw have been driving for Storey since August 2019 and have certainly shown their commitment. The Cutshaws are quick, yet thorough, and are open to run wherever they are needed. They are easy to communicate with and are always open to make changes in their load schedule if needed.
Recently the Cutshaws, as well as two other teams, prioritized the company and fellow drivers when they were asked to adjust their schedules in order to help Storey accommodate 3 other time sensitive loads. Through a series of picks and drops in various locations, the Cutshaw’s and their fellow team drivers allowed us to get all loads in position by the expected timeframes and also have loads waiting for three other team drivers arriving the next day.
