December Team Player Highlight
We are proud to highlight Grady and Lauren Bodie as our team players of the month! They are husband and wife team drivers for Storey Trucking and have been with the company since July of 2019. The Bodie’s have proven to be extremely dependable as well as flexible, especially when schedules change unexpectedly. Recently they picked up a load in Carson, CA on a Friday to take it to Yuma, AZ where they swapped out with a team that needed to get back home by Sunday for vacation plans. The load in Yuma was delayed, but the Bodie’s were patient and understanding and eventually made it home without complaint. They have been a great asset to the Storey Trucking team.
In addition to their work commitments, they find time to donate their time to others in need. They have been involved with Hunting For the Cure since 2014, which was started by Grady’s uncle. The vision of the organization is to share the great outdoors and nature’s grace with children fighting cancer or that are in remission. Recently, they delivered oysters to the Oyster and Pig Roast, which raised money for the cause. Storey is proud to have such a respectable couple on our team!
